THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30544 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 3rd respondent and his Police Constables in interfering into the civil disputes between the petitioner and 4th respondent directing the petitioner to settle the matter by paying amount as demanded by the 4th respondent is illegal, arbitrary and also violation of principles of natural justice and also lack of jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondentsPolice not to interfere into the civil disputes between the petitioner and 4th respondent in any manner."

During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader placed on record the written instructions dated 05.11.2015 issued by the Station House Officer, Gorantla Police Station, Ananthapuram District. The same is made part of the record. From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the petitioner herein filed O.P.No.45 of 2015 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 against the 4th respondent herein seeking divorce. After receipt of notice, the 4th respondent approached the 3rd respondent-police and gave an oral complaint. However, as on the date of the written instructions, the respondent-police did not receive any written complaint either from the 4th respondent or any other persons against the petitioner. The respondents-police never

interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. The allegations so made are false and baseless. Having regard to the above said instructions, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
