Heard.

Alleging that the 3rd respondent and his subordinates are trying to take possession of the petitioner's lands admeasuring Ac.8-13 cents in R.S.No.266/4 and Ac.3-19 cents in R.S.No.304/1 situated at Surapavaridugem, Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has obtained instructions from the 3rd respondent, which specifically state that no requisition is received for acquiring the lands in question and that neither the 3rd respondent nor any of his officials entered into the petitioner's subject lands.

In view of the above, therefore, it is evident that the petitioner has moved this writ petition merely on apprehension, which is unfounded.
