THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.26011 of 2005 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed assailing the order dt.20.06.2005 of the Commissioner, Appeals, Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, dismissing the Revision Petitions against the orders passed by the Special Commissioner and Director of Settlement in R.P.No.95/84 dt.15.10.1999 whereunder the Director of Settlement had remanded the matter for fresh enquiry to the Settlement Officer, Chittoor. 2.

In the said Writ Petition, there was no interim order staying proceedings before the Settlement Officer, Chittoor. Therefore, the Settlement Officer, Chittoor passed orders in SR.No.F6/121/11(a)/75 dt.18.02.2011 on the claim petition of Sri Uppalapati Munaswamy Naidu, dismissing the claim of the said person under Section 11(a) of the Estate Abolition Act, 1948.

In view of the said order, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. No order as to costs.

The petitioner is granted liberty to question the said order if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
