THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.10948 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner Nos.1 to 3 - Respondent Nos.1 to 3 approached this Court with a prayer to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.26 of 2016 on the file of the XIX Metropolitan Magistrate at Cyberabad, R.R.District.

Heard the arguments and perused the material available on record.

The 1st Respondent herein filed the present complaint against the petitioners herein seeking certain reliefs under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the further proceedings against petitioners.

In any event considering the nature of allegations against petitioner Nos.2 and 3 - Respondent Nos.2 and 3, their presence on each and every hearing before the trial Court is dispensed with, but they shall appear before the trial Court when the trial Court insists for their appearance for any specific purpose. Considering the nature of allegations against petitioner No.1 - Respondent No.1, this court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner No.1 - Respondent No.1 in this Criminal Petition and accordingly the Criminal Petition is dismissed as far as petitioner No.1 - Respondent No.1 is

concerned.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
