THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5612 OF 2008 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant in Gadampalli Village on 02.02.2006 by resolution passed by the Gram Sabha. While so, when the third respondent issued an order on 19.11.2007 removing the petitioner from post of Field Assistant without conducting any enquiry, the present writ petition was filed.

This Court, by order, date 17.03.2008, granted interim suspension of the said order. The said order has been in operation till today. No counter affidavit is filed.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is allowed by setting aside the impugned order, dated 19.11.2017 removing the petitioner from service. However, this will not prevent the respondents from taking appropriate action in accordance with law, if they so choose. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
