This civil revision petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 27.12.2016 in I.A. No.159 of 2016 in O.S.No.1909 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XIX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

On 20.4.2017 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, in spite of the fact that the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
