This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in filing the charge sheet in FIR No.201 of 2015, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on instructions, submits that charge sheet is filed and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
