THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.24193 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Krishna Mohan.S for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The counsel consent to disposing of the writ petition by placing on record, the written instructions dated 25.06.2018 received from the office of Tahsildar, Nekarikallu/4th respondent.

The instructions are placed on record and accepted. The operative portion reads thus:

"The Respondent authorities had not initiated any action to dispossess anybody from their lawful possession so far.

All the contentions of the petitioners are mere apprehensions and if the Respondent Authorities initiate any action in this regard, we will follow due process of law set under the Acts and Rules concerned"

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
