Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is settled out of Court and to that effect a letter dated 10.06.2021 is addressed to the Registry with a request to list this matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'.

In view of the above, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order dated 19.12.2019 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to cots.
