The petitioner challenges Memo No.B/ 571/ 2015 dated 26.05.2015 and Case No.C/ 3411/ 2016 dated 05.05.2018 as illegal and voilative of principles of natural justice. The issue arises under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Ac t').

Mr.Vijay Kumar Heroor has drawn the attention of the Court to the manner in which different orders are passed in quick succession.

The counsel for petitioner requests four weeks time from today to file revision.

The prayer is not opposed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioner is given liberty to file revision along with interlocutory application within four

weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

(b) The revision is heard and disposed of by keeping in view the ratio of this Court in KURUVA HA NUM A NTHA M M A Vs.
