No.8-3-1 67/A/77 situated at Vikaspuri, SR Nagar, Hyderabad in the List of Prohibited Properties and thereby refusing to register sale deed in respect of the above house as illegal, unjust, contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and violative of Articles 14,21 and 300-4 of the constitution of lndia, consequently set aside the same directing the Respondent Authorities to delete the above house property from the List of Prohibited Properties and process document for registration.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not deleting the petitioner,s house bearing H.No,g_3167 /A/77 situated at Vikaspuri, SR Nagar, Hyderabad, in the list of prohibited properties and thereby, refusing to register sale deed in respect of the above house.

Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioner make application through on-line in Dharani portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law. 4.
Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits ol the case, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application lor exclusion of the petitioner's house bearing H.No.8-3-167/A/77 situated at Vikaspuri, SR Nagar, Hyderabad, from the list of prohibited properties and to register sale deed, through on-line in Dharani Portal, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application/ s being filed, the authorities concerned shall pass necessarJr orders thereon, strictiy in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereof.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed' There shall be no ordcr as to costs.
