ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 3 & 4 in not permitting the petitioner and her daughter-in-law to see M.Uttam Kumar @ M.Kumar, who is in Andhra Hospital (Bhavanipuram), Gollapudi, for treatment of the injuries sustained by him in the bus accident occurred on 29.2.2017/1.3.2017 at Nandigama Bridge.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on written instructions, submits that said Uttam Kumar was discharged from the hospital and thereafter, he was arrested pursuant to Cr.No.3 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 IPC, arrayed as A4, remanded to judicial custody and as of now, he is in Bapatla Sub Jail.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, it is open to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent, Bapatla Sub Jail, if she want to see his son-Uttam Kumar.
