Heard Sri A.P. Reddy and Sri G.V.S.Mehar Kumar learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Sri Y Rama Rao, learned standing counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority. Learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No. 702 of 2010 dated 28.8.2015. In the circumstances, writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in W A No. 702 of 2010 dated 28.8.2015. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
