THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No. 1725 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner requesting to punish the respondents herein for alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 13.04.2017, passed in W.P.No.11974 of 2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for APEPDCL appearing for respondents 1 and 2 made a joint submission that the orders of this Court are duly complied with and therefore, no further cause survives for adjudication in the Contempt Case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the compliance of the orders of this Court, the Contempt Case may be closed.

Having regard to the submissions, the Contempt Case is closed.
