Learned counsel for the petitioners represents that this Court while granting interim order on 12-08-2005 in W.P.M.P. No.22860 of 2005, directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the land in question without following the due process of law and, therefore, to close the instant writ petition as there is no need to pass any further orders.

2. Perused the record.

3. In view of the aforesaid interim orders, the instant Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

4 . As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, stand disposed of.
