It is represented by both sides that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.2630 of 2018 and batch dt.20-03-2019.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed and the orders of disqualification visited upon the petitioner by the Commission are accordingly set aside. No costs.
