This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 235 of 2013 on the file of Kothagudem III Town Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet/final report before the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court, Kothagudem referring the case as 'civil in nature'.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case.
