HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.53 of 2014 JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the appellants/defendants aggrieved by the common order and decree dated 10.12.2013 in I.A.No.980 of 2013 (along with I.A.No.981 of 2013) in O.S.No.71 of 2013 passed by the Court of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act-cum-Additional District Judge, Khammam, allowing the application being I.A.No.980 of filed by the respondents/plaintiffs under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2, r/w. Section 151 of C.P.C., for grant of ad-interim injunction restraining the appellants/defendants from meddling with the physical features of the petition schedule property, levelling the plot, blasting the rocks, removal of boulders and for making it fit for construction and for sale of it.

2. When the matter is called for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for appellants/defendants to dispose of the appeal with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the main suit itself within a time frame.

3. In view of the said representation, without going into the merits of the matter, this civil miscellaneous appeal is disposed of directing the Court below to dispose of suit being O.S.No.71 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible by avoiding unnecessary adjournments.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,
