HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24076 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police are not taking action on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 09.07.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that since the petitioner is not responding to the police, action could not be taken. It is open for the petitioner to approach police in case his presence is required. In view of the facts and circumstances, the respondent police are directed to take action on the complaint of the petitioner in view of the guidelines of the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
