This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering the crime on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.07.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.197/2018 was registered against one Syed Bin Shareef Hussain under Sections 120-B, 307, 384, 420, 468 and 506 IPC, dated 16.07.2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
