Chandraiah) This appeal is filed by the appellants-defendants against the order dated 28.10.2013 in O.S.No.11 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Medak, at Sangareddy.

This matter is listed under the caption of "For Compromise". Both the parties along with their respective Counsel are present before the Court today and the parties are identified by their respective Counsel. It is stated by both the learned counsel that the parties have amicably settled the matter out of Court and to that effect a Memorandum of Compromise between the parties i.e., ASMP No.633 of 2016 is also filed duly mentioning the terms of compromise.

3. In that view of the matter, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise entered into between the parties, as stated in ASMP No.633 of 2016, which shall form part of decree. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
