HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.24278 of 2018 ORDER: (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) The present petition is filed against the order dated 21.07.2014 passed in O.A.No.7192 of 2011 whereby the petitioners herein were directed to include the name of the respondent-applicant in the Special Grade Deputy Collectors' panel from the date on which his juniors' names, as stated in the representation dated 24.05.2011, were included and pass appropriate orders with all consequential benefits. The respondent-applicant filed W.P.No.44362 of for implementation of the order dated 21.07.2014 passed in O.A.No.7192 of 2011 and the same has been allowed vide order dated 08.02.2017 by directing to ensure implementation of the said order. It is not in dispute that the order dated 21.07.2014 passed in the aforesaid O.A has already been complied with vide proceedings dated 26.02.2018.

In view of the above, nothing remains in the present writ petition and is, accordingly, dismissed being infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition stand closed.
