HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2465 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that in pursuance to the orders dated 30.04.2013 passed by this Court in WP.No.13653 of 2013, he submitted application dated 15.05.2013 for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed Heard leaned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the application for grant of pattedar pass books and title deeds has to be made in prescribed format i.e. in Form VI A, but the petitioner made only representation. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make application in Form VIA for grant of pattedar pass books and title deeds and on such application being made the 4th respondent shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
