HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.27482 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioners claim that they have succeeded an extent of Ac.4-50 cents of land in Sy.No.2/2, situated at Kothapally (Z) Village, Charla Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, in equal shares, by way of Gift by their father. Subsequently, the petitioners filed an application dt.14.05.2019 to fix boundaries by conducting survey of the said land. In response to the same, a Notice dt.18.10.2019 was issued by respondent No.4 to the petitioners proposing to conduct survey on 25.10.2019. The petitioners allege that though the survey was sought to be conducted on 25.10.2019, the survey was not conducted on the said date and there is no progress in that regard. Hence, the present writ petition.

Heard Sri Mummaneni Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if no objections are filed against conducting survey of the subject land and if conducting of survey was postponed only for some administrative reasons, respondent No.7 - Tahsildar is directed to undertake the process of conducting

PNR,J W.P.No.27482 of 2019 survey of the subject land. This exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
