HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24113 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.4 to 6 in interfering with petitioner's personal life and liberty by pressurising him to settle the money dispute with the 7th respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home produced written instructions from the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, West Division, Guntur Urban District, stating that no crimes are registered against the petitioner; and that the petitioner was never summoned to the police station as no criminal case is pending against him. It is also stated that the respondent police never threatened the petitioner to settle the dispute with the 7th respondent.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
