THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.30803 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned Memo No.4759/Endt.II/A1/2016-2, dated 06.08.2016 issued by the first respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submitted that the second respondent issued the notification as per the procedure contemplated under Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and the Rules made thereunder.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, in all fairness, submitted that the notification issued by the second respondent is in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 6.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
