THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 29277 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This matter has been time and again adjourned at the request of the learned counsel hoping that the parties will settle the same amicably outside the Court. Till today we do not see the sign of settlement. Therefore, we pass the following order.

Within fortnight from date if the matter is settled amicably then the parties will follow the settlement. If it is not possible for any reason then both the parties will be free to approach the appropriate forum for settling their dispute. On such approach the appropriate forum without any hesitation and without being influenced by the orders passed by this Court shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid order nothing remains in this matter. The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed of. No order as to costs.
