HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24211 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The averments made in the writ affidavit go to show that the writ petition is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation. The Learned Government Pleader for Education also pointed out the same. When the said aspect was pointed to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he states that necessary orders may be passed on merits.

Since this Court cannot entertain and hear the Public Interest Litigation, there is no other go except to dismiss the writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
