THE HON'BLE JUSTICE SRI T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3147 of 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order dated 20.04.2017 passed in I.A.No.951 of 2016 in O.S.No.201 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Huzurabad, wherein and whereby the petition filed under Section 151 CPC to reopen the suit for issuance of summons to the Executive Officer, Jammikunta gram panchayat, Karimnagar district, was dismissed.

Today this court dismissed Civil Revision Petition No.3116 of 2017, which is connected to this Civil Revision Petition, on merits. In view of the orders passed in CRP No.3116 of 2017, no elaborate orders need be passed in this Civil Revision Petition. Hence the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand dismissed.
