There was no representation for the appellants/claimants on 23.01.2018 & 30.01.2018. On 30.01.2018, Sri G.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the contesting respondents was present. Therefore, this Court directed the Appeal Suit to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Yet again, there is no representation for the appellants. The conduct of the appellants indicates that they are not interested in prosecuting the Appeal Suit. 2.

In the result, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
