HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.4336 of 2015 ORDER:
The petitioner states that he made an application before the 1st respondent on 06-02-2015 seeking extension of parole for 60 days. Since no orders are passed by the 1st respondent, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader for Home has submitted that the petitioner's request for extension of parole was rejected by the 1st respondent vide Memo No.120(o)/Legal/A1/2015, dated 24-022015. Learned Government Pleader has handed over copy of the said Memo to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the rejection of the petitioner's request, no relief can be granted in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the rejection order, dated 2402-2015, if he is so aggrieved. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
