HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3565 of 2014 ORDER :

As there was no representation for the petitioner on 20.2.2015, the matter was adjourned. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. While ordering notice before admission, this Court, by order dated 10.10.2014, granted interim stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.51 of 2013 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Vuyyuru, Krishna District, for a period of four weeks from the date of the said order and the same is not extended thereafter.

3. Sri Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that as the suit itself is disposed of by the Court below, the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

4. Recording the said submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
