ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess him from the land to an extent of Ac.21.00 guntas in Sy.No.69/1 situated at Gangannapet Village, Utnoor Mandal, Adilabad District, without following due process of law, as arbitrary and illegal. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that there is no intention to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land and no action has been taken by the respondents so far.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
