Nunna Venkateswarlu v. State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.24001 AND 24191 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER These two writ petitions have been filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 4 and 5, in not constituting Mandal Level Screening cum Selection Committee in terms of G.O.Ms.No.111 Social Welfare (SCP) Department dated 23-11-2016.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 5 and 6 would submit that the Committee, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.18 dated 08.02.2016 and G.O.Ms.No.18 dated 23.11.2016, has been constituted. Since the Committee is constituted, the grievance of the petitioners in the writ petitions, stood redressed. If the constitution of the committee is not in tune with the guidelines laid down by the Government in that behalf, it is always open for the petitioners to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings.
With the above observation, writ petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. ------------------------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:24-07-2018 AVS
