Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and learned counsel for respondent No.5.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent 1 to 4 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent relating to the property admeasuring an extent of Acs. 9-00 cents in T.S.No. 1965/6/1 at Suryaraopet, Kakinada Urban, East Godavari district thereby directing for an amicable settlement between the petitioner and the 5th respondent, by summoning the petitioner to the Police Station, as bad, illegal, arbitrary, opposed to law." 3.

The main allegation made against respondent Nos. 1 to 4 is that they are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.5 and in the process, the petitioner is being summoned to the Police Station. 4.

Respondent No.1 filed a counter affidavit stating that as of now, no complaint has been received or registered against the petitioner on the file of the III Town Police Station,

Kakinada. In the absence of any complaint or registration of any crime against the petitioner, the question of summoning the petitioner to the police station does not arise. It is also stated in the counter affidavit that the petitioner having grudge against respondent No.5, made baseless allegations against the respondent Police and the same are absolutely incorrect. Further, the respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes much less the disputes if any between the petitioner and respondent No.5.

Recording the said submissions, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. 6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
