This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus setting aside the impugned proceedings dated 22.03.2014, purporting to remove the petitioner from service besides ordering recovery as illegal and

arbitrary.

When the matter is came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent reported that the 2nd respondent issued proceedings vide RC.No.1447(373)/07NREGS.S.A, dated Nil.07.2015, reinstating the petitioner into service, as such no further orders are required in the writ petition. Recording the submission made by both the counsel, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
