ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent-Corporation in implementing the order dated 07.06.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11029 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation reported that in pursuance of the order dated 07.06.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11029 of 2019, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide order dated 06.01.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 06.01.2020, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
