This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2, in insisting on the petitioner- College to produce further order of its recognition by respondent No.1, as illegal and arbitrary. Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2- Dr.NTR University of Health
Sciences, has submitted that on the strength of the interim order granted by this Court, admissions into the petitioner- College were made for the academic year 2010-2011 and that based on the further orders of recognition issued by respondent No.1, the petitioner was permitted to admit the students for subsequent years also.
In the light of the above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.14725 of 2010, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of.
