This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue any writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction by declaring the action of the Respondent authorities in not acting on the representation and complaint submitted by the petitioner on 11.11.2019 and not taking action against respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and not removing the obstacles and hurdles created by them on the road at premises bearing No. 11-78/1 in Gajwel Town as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the Municipal laws and also against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent authorities to take action on the complaint submitted by the petitioner dt.11.11.2019 and remove the obstacles and hurdles created by the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 on publi6c road at premises bearing No. 11-78/1 in Gajwel Town in the above plots owned and possessed by the petitioners." 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent-Municipality.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he submitted a representation on 11.11.219 before the authorities concerned for illegal constructions made by respondent Nos.3 and 4 in the subject premises, the same is not disposed of till today. 4.

Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of case, this Court feels that the ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed with the following direction:

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation, dated 11.11.2019, submitted by the petitioner, by summoning the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.3 and 4, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to both sides. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
