When the matters are called for hearing, it is represented by Ms.V.Dyumani, learned counsel for the petitioners that the cause in both the writ petitions does not survive for adjudication as the prayer in the writ petitions came to an end in pursuance of the interim orders passed by this court, which were already complied with by the respondent-officials and the same has been reflected in the counter-affidavits also. Recording the said submission, both writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, in both writ petitions shall stand closed.
