THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN C.R.P.No.3139 of 2017 ORDER:

The short grievance with which the petitioner has come up with the above revision is that two interlocutory applications, one for amendment and another for appointment of Advocate Commissioner, have not been disposed of within a short span of time.

2. Heard Mr. Mohd. Afzal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Though the petitioner has not very clearly stated what he wanted, in the memorandum of grounds of civil revision petition, it appears that he merely wants both the interlocutory applications to be disposed of at an early date. Therefore, considering the limited nature of the grievance made, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.As, after hearing both the parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of.
