This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in insisting the petitioner to appear before them with a view to settle civil disputes with 6th respondent in respect of plaint 'A' schedule property, which is subject matter of dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent in suit OS No.384 of 2016 pending on the file of III Addl. District Judge, Vishakapatnam, as being illegal, arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home states that the 6th respondent made a complaint against the petitioner with regard to the above mentioned property and the same was entered in General Diary and the Police enquired into by calling the petitioner and the 6th respondent. It is further stated that except conducting enquiry on 02-07-2018, the petitioner was never been insisted by the Police to settle civil disputes with the 6th respondent, as alleged by the petitioner.

Inasmuch as the civil disputes are pending between the petitioner and the 6th respondent, and in para wise remarks received in the matter it is stated that respondent-Police are not interfering in civil disputes and never insisted the petitioner to settle the matter with the 6th respondent, recording the same, the
