Heard Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, counsel for petitioner. Revision is directed against the order dated 31-1-2017 accepting the prayer of respondent herein for including recovery of possession and additional prayer in the plaint. I have perused the affidavit filed by the respondent herein and the counter of revision petitioner.

Prima facie, it appears to this court that the learned trial judge has taken a balanced view of the matter and without getting into the merits and at the same time, leaving open the defence available to revision petitioner herein, ordered the amendment application to the discretion exercised by the trial court. I do not see irregularity or illegality warranting interference.
