HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.15551 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 4th respondent in registering a crime against the culprits, without impleading them as parties, pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner on 07.02.2017.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that Crime No.94 of 2017 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 420 and 506 IPC.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
