This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in directing the third respondent to dispose of the seized stocks as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to it under law. Permission is granted. 3.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
