HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1787 of 2018 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed alleging willful violation of the order dated 23.08.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.28261/2017.

It is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the case of the petitioners was considered and rejected and also produced the said proceedings vide Memo No.25885/Ser.II(A2)/2017, dated 14.09.2018.

The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said proceedings dated 14.09.2018, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
