No representation for the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 6. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on committal, the Sessions Division, Khammam, assigned S.C.No.366 of 2015 and the case was made over to the Court of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Khammam, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
