Learned counsel for petitioner submits that cause in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, as, respondents have in fact, shown the name of the petitioner in the voters list dated 12.12.2019. However, he prays for issuance of a direction to the fourth respondent to furnish a copy of such voters list to the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the fourth respondent shall furnish a copy of such voters list to the petitioner.
