This Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to C.C.No. 701 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Special Judicial Magistrate of I Class for Trial of Prohibition & Excise Cases at Nalgonda.

Learned Public Prosecutor has drawn my attention to the fact that the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of I Class for Trial of Prohibition & Excise Cases at Nalgonda by his judgment dated 02.04.2015 in C.C.NO. 701 of 2012 has acquitted the petitioner-accused of the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
