THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4416 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, to dispose of C.C.No.406 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

The only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

A perusal of the record reveals that the case is pending since 2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.406 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible 5.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
